About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
As an experienced and commercially minded Senior Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting Heritage's financial performance through accurate reporting, strong financial controls and effective management of key accounting processes.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of month-end reporting, audit and CAPEX activities while supporting continuous improvement across the finance function. Working closely with the Finance Manager and Financial Accountant, you will also provide guidance and support within the team.
This broad role offers exposure to tax, treasury, insurance and valuations, making it an excellent opportunity to further develop your career within a large and growing national organisation.
Our Corporate Services office is currently based in Johnsonville and will relocate to the Wellington CBD in November. Flexible working arrangements are available, including the opportunity to work from home up to two days per week.
