About this role
- Waiapu House Lifecare is located in the beautiful suburb of Havelock North HB
- Casual (as and when required not on a regular basis)
- AM, PM, Nights and Weekend shifts available.
As a Registered Nurse at Waiapu House Lifecare, no two days will be the same, but you can be certain that each day you will leave work feeling fulfilled, knowing that you’ve made a big difference in somebodies’ day. - As a Registered Nurse, you will use your skills to:
- Lead and develop a team of dedicated Caregivers to provide a high-level of quality care
- Develop and monitor care plans
- Carry out clinical assessments
- Form a lasting relationship with residents, families and GP’s
- Support the Clinical Services and Care Home Managers
Your Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, either in New Zealand or abroad
- Hold a current APC
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine love for helping people, with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Have a good team spirit with empathy and drive to make a difference in the lives of others
- A passion for continuous improvement, with a sound understanding of the importance of health and safety procedures.
