This is a rare and exciting opportunity to support the Regional Operations Manager and our Care Homes. Your region will cover Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Rotorua and Whangarei, so regular travel will be essential.

We are looking for a registered nurse with the innovation and enthusiasm to help drive sustainable, high quality care in our homes, for our amazing residents.
Does this describe you?
· Able to effectively use trend and data analysis tools to make a difference
· Lead by example - by providing sound and objective feedback and guidance
· Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple responsibilities and goals
· Previous experience in an Aged Care environment
· Use your creative and critical thinking to develop solutions
A clinical background is required, as we need someone who can communicate at all levels and who is keen to develop, coach and mentor our Clinical Services Managers. They are a key part of our business in delivering quality care to our deserving residents. We have lots of data and tools, and need that special someone who can coach the clinical staff to interpret and translate the data, to ensure the care homes understand what the data means and how it can improve the care we deliver.
Although largely autonomous, the role forms a significant part of the Quality Team and supports the Regional Operations Manager.
