Heritage Lifecare have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Regional Clinical Support Manager to provide advice and support, coaching and mentoring to Care Home Managers, Clinical Services Managers, and Registered Nurses across our care homes within the South Island.
Reporting to the National Clinical Assurance Lead, we believe in working as a team to create greatness, and you will see yourself working in collaboration with the Regional Clinical Support Manager – North, the Head of Quality, and other clinical colleagues to deliver clinical consistency and excellence across Heritage Lifecare.
You will be an enthusiastic and focused senior clinical member with a Registered Nurse annual practicing certificate, with a drive to ensure high-level clinical care is provided to our residents by undertaking clinical leadership, quality management, and continuous improvement.
We will offer you a permanent full-time position, with an attractive annual salary and a vehicle for work purposes. There will be travel requirements in this role.
