As we continue on our exciting growth journey, we have a 6-month fixed-term opportunity for a tech-savvy LMS Administrator to help us roll out and embed our new Learning Management System, ELMO.
About the role
You’ll be joining a small L&D team who are passionate about transforming the learning experience at Heritage. The purpose of the LMS Administrator role is to support the roll out and smooth operation of our Learning Management System (ELMO). This includes supporting data upload and configuration as new care homes are added to the system and ongoing system administration and support for existing sites. This role will help to troubleshoot issues, develop and maintain clear documentation and provide support for system enhancements.
About you
You know your way around learning management systems, and you’ll have the attention to detail to help us set up new care homes in the system accurately and efficiently. You’re a patient problem-solver, happy to answer questions and support our sites as they learn to use this new technology.
You’ll help us collate feedback from users and we want to hear your proactive suggestions so that we keep improving the system and our documentation.
