About Our Role:
- Brookhaven Retirement Lifecare, located in Beautiful Christchurch
- Permanent Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- AMs', PM's and weekend shifts
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchen Manager, with a passion for working in a culinary environment, to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. You will have a positive can-do attitude, have the belief that good food is important to well-being, and be great at working with people.

Skills & Experience
- 2 years minimum experience working in kitchen leadership role
- Experience in food preparation in a busy commercial kitchen
- Experience in preparing menus
- Good interpersonal skills – an even temperament is essential
- Good communication Skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- NZ Diploma in cookery is beneficial but not essential
- Understanding of Nga Paerewa sectors standards and applying the Treaty of Waitangi standards in the workplace.
