Carter House Lifecare is a 65-bed Care Home and Hospital with a 26-unit Village situated in beautiful park like grounds. We are located in the popular country town of Te Puke, which is a popular place to work and live. You can escape the hustle and bustle whilst being in close proximity to the city of Tauranga. Our Kitchen Assistants are responsible for helping to provide meals for our residents at Carter House Lifecare, working within a cohesive and well-established team environment. We only want the best for our residents, which is why we are seeking a reliable, helpful professional. He pūkenga tou | Skills & Experience
- A can-do attitude and drive to complete tasks to a high standard
- Previous experience within a Laundry, Kitchen Assistant, and/or cleaning would be preferred but not essential
- Ability to learn new systems and skills quickly
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work within a multi-skilled environment where we strive to achieve goals and deliverables
