As a forward-thinking and commercially minded Innovation, AI & Transformation Specialist, you will help shape the future of how Heritage works by identifying, assessing and delivering opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, automation and technology-enabled transformation across the organisation.
Working closely with leaders and teams across Heritage, you will develop and maintain our AI roadmap, identify opportunities to improve productivity and employee experience, and support innovation initiatives from concept through to implementation and adoption.
Sitting within our Technology and Transformation team, you will act as a bridge between business needs and technology capability. You will bring strong hands-on AI knowledge, business analysis capability and a practical approach to change, helping the organisation realise measurable benefits through innovation and continuous improvement.
As a natural collaborator and problem solver, you will build strong relationships across the business, working alongside operational leaders, subject matter experts and external partners to deliver practical solutions that enhance the way we work and support better outcomes for our residents and employees.
