As a forward-thinking and commercially minded Innovation, AI & Transformation Specialist, you will help shape the future of how Heritage works by identifying, assessing and delivering opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, automation and technology-enabled transformation across the organisation.
Working closely with leaders and teams across Heritage, you will develop and maintain our AI roadmap, identify opportunities to improve productivity and employee experience, and support innovation initiatives from concept through to implementation and adoption.
Sitting within our Technology and Transformation team, you will act as a bridge between business needs and technology capability. You will bring strong hands-on AI knowledge, business analysis capability and a practical approach to change, helping the organisation realise measurable benefits through innovation and continuous improvement.
As a natural collaborator and problem solver, you will build strong relationships across the business, working alongside operational leaders, subject matter experts and external partners to deliver practical solutions that enhance the way we work and support better outcomes for our residents and employees.

- Demonstrate practical experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies, automation and technology-enabled transformation.
- Have experience working across business and technology functions to deliver meaningful organisational outcomes.
- Be comfortable translating complex technical concepts into clear and practical business solutions.
- Have strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence across all levels of an organisation.
- Be a great critical thinker and problem solver who can assess opportunities based on business value, risk and impact.
- Demonstrate experience leading or supporting change initiatives, technology implementations or operational improvement projects.
- Work collaboratively to achieve results and build capability across teams while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes and value.
- Experience in healthcare, aged care or another highly regulated industry would be advantageous.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, workflow automation or similar technologies is highly desirable.
