We're looking for a visionary operations expert to lead our mission of delivering outstanding, efficient, and culturally responsive aged care across New Zealand. About the Role
As our Head of Operational Enhancement and Efficiency, you will:
✅ Champion continuous improvement across clinical, residential, and community services
✅ Drive operational excellence using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-led innovation
✅ Lead strategic initiatives that align with our purpose and elevate our care model
✅ Embed a culture of efficiency, co-design, and tangata whenua engagement
✅ Inspire a high-performing, change-embracing workforce
This is not a back-office job. It’s front-line transformation — working alongside dedicated care teams, engaging with Māori and Pacific communities, and steering the organisation towards excellence and equity.
