Princes Court Lifecare and Coldstream Lifecare & Village are both based in Ashburton and offer a range of care services within welcoming, multicultural environments. Princes Court Lifecare is a 35-bed dementia-level facility, while Coldstream Lifecare & Village includes a 58-bed Rest Home and Hospital, along with an 11-unit village. Both facilities are supported by diverse teams from around the world who are open, inclusive, and committed to providing culturally respectful care. About this role:
- Work across two facilities in Ashburton - Canterbury
- 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday

We have a fantastic opportunity for a healthcare professional with a passion for providing exceptional care, to lead our teams to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. You will provide effective leadership, deliver high-quality care, and be great at building relationships with all key stakeholders. You will work across two care homes, partnering with other Clinical Services Manager to lead and support clinical excellence across both services. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care, promoting their well-being, and ensuring our residents have a better every day.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate, ideally with experience in aged care.
- Experience implementing best practice and knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A passion for caring for others.
