Carter House Lifecare is a 65-bed rest home, hospital and dementia facility situated in Te Puke. Situated in the heart of the Bay of Plenty, Te Puke certainly has plenty to offer. Well known for its plentiful fruit cultivation and excellent walking tracks, Te Puke has a great sense of friendly, small-town living, whilst being a stone’s throw from Tauranga for that city feel.   • Experience working in the Aged Care sector 
  • Proven ability to lead teams
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
  • Competent in driving a positive team culture
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 
  • Commercial acumen and financial management. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making abilities and change management. 
  • A passion for caring for others.
