As a Care Home Manager at St Joseph's, you will be responsible for the operations within the 87-bed dementia, hospital, and rest home to ensure the beautiful care facility remains a valued resource in the Hutt community. We are seeking an experienced operational manager with strong people management skills to lead a multiskilled team and drive operational growth. Reporting to a Regional Manager, you will be working collaboratively with an experienced Clinical Services Manager, and an administrator to achieve successful clinical and operational outcomes.
