In our fast-moving aged care environment, reliable systems are vital to support the people who care for our residents.
As an Applications Specialist, you’ll make sure our key business applications run smoothly, stay stable, and keep improving. You’ll handle Level 2/3 support, manage configurations, and deliver small but meaningful enhancements that make everyday work easier
This role suits someone who takes ownership, enjoys problem-solving, and values well-structured, well-documented work. You’ll work closely with the Applications Lead and other teams to resolve incidents, support testing and releases, and keep processes clean and auditable.
This is an on-site role based at our support office, with occasional flexibility by arrangement. Infrequent domestic travel may be required.
